What are your contact details?

What are the check in and check out times?

Check in is 4pm and check out is 11am

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes – we ask for a 35% deposit to secure your booking.  If you arrive at Langley Farm Cottages less than 8 weeks before the commencement date the total amount will be due together within any additions charges.

If your arrival is more than 8 weeks, the 35% deposit will be paid and the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Can I pay by card?

Of course, you just need to give us a call.  If we don't pick up, leave a message and we will call you back.

Do you accept cheques?

Unfortunately we cannot accept cheques as a form of payment.

What happens with my security deposit?

We ask for a £300 security deposit via bank transfer before your arrival at the cottage.  Provided the cottage Is left clean, tidy and there are no breakages or damages the full amount will be refunded (no later than 7 days after the guests departure).

What if I cancel?

Any requests to cancel must be made to us by phone and confirmed in writing via email.  We will do our best to re let your booking and if we do we will refund you the final letting price (less a £25 administration fee).  If we are unable to re-let there will be no refund.

What about insurance?

We do recommend that you take out personal holiday cancellation insurance.  You can book this via Booking Protect at our booking checkout.

What is there to do around the area?

Please have a look in our things to do section.  You will find a number of restaurants, pubs and  activities to do with the kids or without kids such as walks, bike rides.  This is constantly being updated  and when we find other activities, we add them on!

Do you welcome children?

Very much so! We welcome all the family!  We have TV’s in all the cottages and DVD players.  We even have a box of toys that can be put in the cottages for toddlers (at least 48 hours’ notice needed).

Do you provide hair dryers?

Yes – each master bedroom will have a hair dryer.

Do you provide travel cots?

Yes, if requested at time of booking – but please bring your own bedding for the travel cot.  Please note, unforutanely the Stables does not have room for a travel cot in the bedrooms.

Do you provide any food?

By prior arrangement (at least 48 hours’ notice needed) we can arrange for some frozen meals from ‘cook’ to be provided, which will be in your freezer ready and waiting.  There will be an admin fee added to the order.
